Stuart Webber

Stuart is a co-founder of the Summit Foundation. Stuart is from Aberystwyth in Mid Wales and was bought up in a village called Cymsymlog. Stuart has always been a keen walker and has done a number of challenges for charity over the years. Stuart is married to fellow Trustee Zoe Webber, and they have a son called Sebastian and they live in Norfolk. Stuart is the current Sporting Director of Norwich City Football Club and his career in football has seen him work for Wrexham, Liverpool, QPR, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Huddersfield Town.

Zoe Webber

Zoe is a co-founder of the Summit Foundation. She is the Executive Director at Norwich City, where she is responsible for overseeing and aligning the strategic direction of the Club. Zoe sits on both the Board and the Executive Team and is a trustee of the Community Sports Foundation.

Zoe has worked in the football industry for over 20 years. She has a background in football regulation and player transfers and has gained a broad level of experience working at other clubs including Liverpool and Fulham as well as several years with the Premier League.

Zoe is passionate about improving the well-being of children and young people and loves creating opportunities for people to thrive.

Peter McCormick OBE

Peter is one of our trustees. He is the founding and Senior Partner of McCormicks, a law firm with a strong reputation in charities law.

He is a Trustee of several charities and Chairs War Memorials Trust and the Yorkshire Young Achievers Foundation. He is a Trustee of the Football Foundation, Britain’s largest sporting charity and Chairs Football Stadia Improvement Fund Ltd, a grant-giving company funded by the Premier League, helping lower league, National League and Women’s football clubs.

He is the Chair of the Premier League and Chairs its Football Board and Legal Advisory Group. He is also Vice Chairman of the FA, representing the professional game.

Kathryn McCormick

Kathryn is one of our trustees. She has enjoyed a lengthy career in business, working for the European Business School, INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, The Yorkshire Post and the Banque Nationale de Paris.

She was Partnership Executive of McCormicks Solicitors, initially from the founding of the firm in Leeds and then in Harrogate, until 2019.

She is active in the charity field, including being Chair of the Grants Committee of the Yorkshire Young Achievers Foundation and being a Vice Patron of Harrogate International Festivals.

Having a second home in Norfolk, she cares deeply about young people in the county.

Jonathan Parramint

Jonathan is one of our trustees. He is a Writer and Development Producer. Having started his career at the BBC, he now works with an established production company developing scripts for Netflix and other broadcasters.

Lauren Blyth

Lauren is one of our trustees. She currently works at Norwich City Football Club as Engagement and Delivery Business Partner and has worked in various roles for the club over the last 14 years.
